NCNDA POLICY: Hall Jacobs primary goal of Placing Capital for our Clients with our Direct Capital Sources requires the Disclosure of Client's Proprietary and Confidential Information, Documentation and Business Plans. Anytime a Client does not Control a Specific Property via Purchase and Sale, Long Term Lease, Own Outright, etc. they run the risk of losing the property to other interested parties. Expectations of sophisticated Sponsors is that these are acceptable risks when in the position of having to solicit for funding. It is our experience without exception that our Direct Sources of Capital also will not execute on these types of agreements as well and Hall Jacobs Policy is to NOT REQUEST of our Direct Capital Sources to do so. Hall Jacobs WILL NOT EXECUTE ANY NDA/NCA. under any circumstances.

EXCLUSIVE AGENCY POLICY: Hall Jacobs works on an Exclusive Agency basis with all of our Clients. We do not engage in Co-Broker or Fee Split arrangements.
