Hall Jacobs is a CRE Capital Placement Broker Based in Seattle, WA with Representatives strategically located around the US. We provide Placement of Senior Debt, Mezzanine and Equity to Sponsors, Owners and Developers of CRE. This Capital may be used for New Construction, Reposition and Value Add of various property types. Each Deal is evaluated on a Case by Case basis.
