Microsoft has incorporated chatbots in its business application suite

Macy’s and HP are making use of a pre-designed chatbot that Microsoft has integrated into its Dynamics 365 business applications suite, the software company revealed at its Ignite conference yesterday. The feature, one of a number of AI-featured add-ins Microsoft is developing, is being put to use to handle customer service queries for Macy’s and HP.
