An International Investment Group has partnered with Hall Jacobs a Seattle based Boutique Commercial Real Estate Financier to help with expanding their Loan Portfolio. The group, with the help of Hall Jacobs is actively seeking opportunities in the United States, United Kingdom and Continental Europe. Initially Hall Jacobs focus will be on the mandated allotment of funding in the United States.
This Fund is focusing on core, core plus and grade A income generating assets with long term steady income stream. We focus on developed and transparent markets, such as New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Dallas, Miami etc. Currently they hold many assets in the United Kingdom and the Middle East.
The targeted projects are from a minimum 25 MM up to 300MM USD. With some exceptions the projects should be ready to “Go Verticle” and preferably Office or Mixed Use with a clearly defined Exit Strategy such as Pre-Sale and Management Contracts with established brands.
